  Initially, we offer the opportunity to sell software for mass mailing of advertising banners and texts. Later, as you gain experience, you will be able to sell more complex marketing services such as Target, Google Ads, SEO, etc.

• Who pays for telephony?

• Is everything stated in the job description true? Are you sure it’s not an office job?

  Firstly, we work in a remote format. Secondly, we provide IT services for businesses operating in America, completely on a legal basis.

• How often is the salary paid, and who pays the taxes for individual entrepreneurs?

  Salaries are paid on the 21st of each new month. There is also an option to receive an advance 2 weeks before the salary date. Taxes for individual entrepreneurs are paid by the employee themselves, not the company.

• How is employment formalized?

  On a contractual basis.

• Do you really provide employee deferral from mobilization?

  Deferral is granted on the condition that the employee has officially worked in the company for at least 6 months.

• What is a Day-off? How does it work?

  These are two additional days off per month, i.e., extra rest days apart from Saturday and Sunday. They can be taken after the probationary period if the sales plan for the previous month is met and KPIs are achieved.

• What is the average salary for sales managers in your company?

  The average salary during the first three months of work is $800.

• Is career growth possible, and how quickly can one get promoted?

  Yes, career growth is encouraged. There is both vertical (position change) and horizontal (grade increase and, accordingly, salary increase) growth. Vertical growth is decided individually, while horizontal growth is possible upon achieving specified performance indicators.
